Which plan should I choose?
Choose primarily based on the number of users and operational languages your organization needs today. Additional users and languages can be added as recurring capacity. Final feature gating beyond confirmed user/language capacity remains an open product/commercial decision and is intentionally not represented here.
Annual billing
The annual discount applies to the complete eligible recurring subtotal-not only the base plan. That includes the plan and eligible recurring user/language capacity charges.
Annual recurring amount = 12 × eligible monthly recurring subtotal × 0.85, plus applicable VAT. Artemis uses the exact calculated amount without price rounding.
How paid activation works
No credit card is required to begin your Artemis trial. Business signup requires phone-number verification and email verification.

Select the plan and capacity appropriate for your organization.
Receive your invoice
An invoice is generated for paid activation.
Pay online or by bank transfer
Online payment is supported. For bank transfer, upload your payment receipt.
Receipt review
An Artemis administrator reviews bank-transfer receipts before approving or rejecting activation.
Activate your paid subscription
Your paid subscription becomes active following payment confirmation.
Upgrades
Paid upgrades become available immediately after payment confirmation.
For monthly subscriptions, the increased recurring price begins from the start of the next monthly billing period. There is no conventional mid-cycle prorated upgrade charge under the current monthly rule.
Downgrades
Self-service downgrade is not currently supported. Because reducing capacity may affect existing configuration or usage, downgrade requests require discussion and manual impact review.
