Artemis is not limited to a rigid list of staff roles. Organizations can create custom roles appropriate to their teams and workflows.

Permissions can be configured to control what different users are allowed to access or manage.

Role-oriented dashboards

Different responsibilities can be supported with dashboards appropriate to those roles. Reference personas include System Administrator, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Field Operations, Transfer Staff and Tour Guide. These are examples-not hard-coded limits.

User activity history helps organizations maintain visibility and accountability across operational workflows.
