Notifications & Messaging Integrations

Keep communication connected to business context.

Use Artemis-native notifications for system communication and connect specialized conversational platforms for social and chat channels.

Native notifications inside Artemis

Artemis provides its own notification engine for in-app notifications, email, SMS, multilingual templates and system-triggered notification logic.

Connect conversational platforms where needed

WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and similar conversational channels may be managed through specialized external platforms. Artemis can integrate with those providers without making one provider a mandatory architectural dependency.

Outbound triggers

Artemis can invoke a message, external action or flow in response to CRM or business events. Example: when a lead reaches a defined stage, Artemis can trigger a messaging workflow in an external provider.

Inbound callbacks

An external provider can notify Artemis about a conversation or event and, where configured, trigger relevant CRM behavior. Example: a conversation event in the messaging provider can return to Artemis and trigger the appropriate CRM workflow or stage action.

Contact synchronization

Selected contact and profile information can be shared for segmentation, personalization and campaign execution. Example: selected profile fields can be synchronized so an external messaging platform can segment or personalize communications.

Respond.io

Respond.io is the current reference/preferred conversational integration and currently supports all three integration patterns. Artemis remains provider-agnostic, and this reference implementation should not be interpreted as a mandatory dependency or an official commercial partnership claim.

Separate from Meta

Meta Ads and Conversion API functionality are separate Artemis–Meta integrations. They are not part of the conversational-messaging provider layer.
