A pipeline is a sequence of phases for one kind of service. A business usually needs more than one, and a lead can be in several at the same time - a treatment pipeline and an after-care pipeline, for instance.
Attach services to the phase they are delivered in, and payments to the phase they are collected in. Cost and commission are then calculated from the configured rules rather than being entered by hand.
