Configuration has a natural order. Anything that other settings refer to should exist first, which is why languages, currencies and master data come before users and roles.
Suggested order
- Languages and default language
- Currencies and working hours
- Entities and master data, in every language you have enabled
- Custom roles and their permissions
- Users, assigned to those roles
- Lead distribution settings
Adding a language later is supported, but master data added before it will need translating, so it is cheaper to enable every language you expect to use at the start.
