Setting up your organisation

The order to configure things in: languages and currencies, entities, users, roles and distribution settings.

System administrator

Configuration has a natural order. Anything that other settings refer to should exist first, which is why languages, currencies and master data come before users and roles.

Suggested order

  1. Languages and default language
  2. Currencies and working hours
  3. Entities and master data, in every language you have enabled
  4. Custom roles and their permissions
  5. Users, assigned to those roles
  6. Lead distribution settings

Adding a language later is supported, but master data added before it will need translating, so it is cheaper to enable every language you expect to use at the start.
